About the Brothers

 Caleb (22), a former varsity athlete, found his passion for weightlifting as a tool to boost his competitive edge.  
Going to the gym wasn't just about building physical strength; it became a refuge from stress, boosting his mental and physical well-being. Fueled by this experience, Caleb began to dream of opening his own gym. Caleb now competes in nautral bodybuilding, using Brothers Gym as his training grounds. His vision is to share the life-changing benefits of weightlifting, creating a community where others can discover the same holistic improvements in both mind and body. 

 Connor (25) is a prominent figure in the music industry, recognized for his past work with Detroit based rock band UNWELL and is currently toruing with Colorado based metal band Fox Lake. Beyond his musical pursuits, Connor has devoted years to the study of nutrition, hypertrophy training, and supplements, complemented by a background in personal training.

In April 2022, Connor and his wife, Alexandria, welcomed their first child into the world. This pivotal moment prompted Connor and his brother Caleb to seize the opportunity and turn their long-held dream into reality – the creation of Brothers Gym.
